Fred and Lamont’s television is nearing the end of its life, and Lamont is contemplating a new purchase. However, Fred finds a used color television at a bargain price. The situation escalates when Fred's friend Grady visits and recognizes the set as one he had previously reported stolen. Eager to extricate himself from the predicament, Fred quickly sells the television to his neighbor Julio for fifty dollars.
