Raking leaves in his yard, Fred unearthed remnants of Julio’s discarded belongings and immediately demanded their removal. A bitter dispute quickly followed, largely instigated by Fred's decision to hire a surveyor to precisely mark the property line. The surveyor's findings, however, proved unfavorable to Fred's intentions, prompting him to devise a plan to deliberately misrepresent the results to Julio.
