The initial Terrifier film was more enjoyable, in my opinion. This installment felt primarily designed to display graphic violence and gore, with considerable portions of the movie consumed by dreamlike—or nightmare—like scenes. Art the Clown remains unsettling and brutal, however, the narrative isn't strong enough to justify the extended length; it surpasses two hours. I wouldn’t suggest watching this one.
