Synopsis

Alex Polizzi journeys to The Gyreum, an eco-lodge nestled in County Sligo, where Colum Stapleton and his daughter Finn operate a unique hospitality venture. She arrives with a group of eco-tourists, eager to hear their impressions. While their feedback reveals issues – damp mattresses, chilly showers, and inconsistent service – Polizzi’s direct approach ignites a confrontation. She argues that the owner must take a more hands-on role in addressing the lodge's deficiencies.
