Synopsis

Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins welcome viewers to the semi-final round. After seven weeks of demanding trials, the four remaining bakers must demonstrate why they deserve a spot in the final. The first test is the Signature challenge, where they will create a layered mousse cake; Mary-Anne once again pushes boundaries with a joconde sponge and decorative paste.
