Synopsis

The remaining finalists now confront a Signature Challenge, allotted just three hours to demonstrate their command of a pastry technique typically requiring an entire day’s work. Following this, they must undertake a Technical Challenge relying solely on skill, without the benefit of a recipe. Finally, they will craft a Showstopper, transforming sponge cake, caramel, choux pastry and petits fours into a truly triumphant creation.
