Synopsis

With the Bake Off now well underway, the eight remaining bakers confront the delicate world of biscuits and traybakes. The first challenge is a Signature task that seems straightforward enough: each baker must create their favourite traybake. The results are an array of inventive takes on classics, from Bakewell tarts to banoffee pies and rich chocolate brownies, all presented for the scrutiny of Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood. Next comes what may be the most technically demanding challeng
