Synopsis

In the near future, humanity has spread beyond Earth. By 2063, the U.S. Marine Corps Space Aviator Cavalry is a powerful force in space. The story follows the 58th Squadron, nicknamed "Wildcards," who are based on the massive space carrier USS Saratoga. These elite Marines are both infantry and highly trained pilots of advanced SA-43 fighters. They undertake vital missions: protecting interstellar trade routes, fighting alien enemies, and conducting dangerous reconnaissance. The Wildcards are leading humanity's expansion into space, facing both the opportunities and dangers of exploring the unknown. The story explores themes of friendship, courage, and the harsh realities of war through the experiences of these brave space warriors. As they navigate complex interstellar politics and intense combat, their loyalty is tested, and they face a perilous journey where failure is not an option.
