The group assembled, preparing for their cycling training. Following a swim, they would embark on a 40-kilometer bicycle ride. Seo Yeon, Ju Hyun, and In Ah felt a thrill of anticipation; they found cycling both enjoyable and invigorating. Uie, however, still needed to confront a past trauma before she could confidently learn to ride. Weeks later, the members reconvened at the CrossFit gym, where they practiced exercises designed to build strength and endurance for the upcoming triathlon.
