I thought it was pretty good. Being a Beatles fan, I’d wanted to see this film for what felt like forever, and I was pleased to find it available on Netflix; however, I feel that it had the potential to be significantly improved.

The concept behind ‘Yesterday’ is brilliant, but the film itself ends up feeling disappointingly commonplace. It's a shame because both Danny Boyle and Richard Curtis have demonstrated their imaginative abilities in the past; here, that potential simply goes to waste, along with so much more.
