The animation in Hoppers is truly excellent, featuring some really funny scenes, though a somewhat awkward plot and an unusual look at right and wrong prevent it from reaching the level of Pixar’s best films.

It wasn't particularly captivating, but it’s acceptable for a single viewing. Certain moments were quite pleasant, and the underlying idea shows promise.
