A film crew seeking an authentic, low-budget production decided to incorporate a genuine sheriff and a real town into their story. They proposed casting Bullhead Buller as the robber, planning a pivotal scene where he actually holds up a bank. Ricochet was tasked with re-capturing Bullhead, but the movie producer persuaded him to release the man temporarily so he could complete his performance; however, should Bullhead escape once more, the producer would be obligated to see his sentence served.
