I really didn’t enjoy this; it was quite disappointing. The quality of both the writing and most of the performances are not good. There’s just one thing I can say positively about the series—the costumes and overall look are nice—but even that isn't sufficient to justify a better rating.

I was pleased with the earlier "Librarians" movies and the 2014 television show. However, this newest version just isn’t clicking for me. It seems like a concept that has already been explored extensively, and truthfully, it's been handled more effectively in other instances.
