Synopsis

The field has narrowed to nine bakers, and this week marks the arrival of caramel. Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood have devised three challenging tasks for the contestants: a signature bake centered around rich sweetness, a technical challenge inspired by Dutch traditions, and a showstopper demanding caramel artistry.
