Synopsis

Bread Week has arrived, and the final ten bakers face a formidable test before Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith. This week's challenges are designed to push them to their limits: a demanding teacake signature bake, a technical challenge returning to fundamental skills, and a showstopping sculpture unlike any seen before in Bread Week. The coveted title of Star Baker will be awarded to just one; the others will bid farewell to the tent.
