Synopsis
Mr. Kelly, known as Herby, was expecting payment from Mr. Drysdale. Mr. Drysdale, in turn, hoped Herby would return to the Clampetts and impersonate the gorilla once more. The Clampetts remained convinced of Herby’s authenticity and were eager to purchase him from Mr. Kelly. To facilitate a meeting, Mr. Drysdale was obliged to don the gorilla suit so Jed could introduce him to Mr. Kelly and offer the agreed-upon sum.
