Synopsis
Snuffy harbored a desire to be a cloud in the vast sky. He pondered the logistics of such an ascent, then conceived of a solution: a balloon. Wishing for one with all his heart, he found himself graced by the arrival of the Fairy Balloon Person, a kindly figure known as Richard Kind. Recognizing that a single balloon wouldn't suffice, the Fairy Balloon Person generously added five more with each passing moment, until a buoyant collection of forty balloons lifted Snuffy skyward.
