Synopsis

For years, a family in Arizona suffered under the escalating hostility of a neighbor. The conflict began with a simple difference of opinion regarding the feeding of stray cats, but quickly spiraled into violence, culminating in shots fired into a neighbor's apartment. Then, a more desperate act: the sight of an infant precariously dangling from a high-rise balcony drove another neighbor to a perilous attempt at rescue.
