Synopsis

Trouble comes in pairs. In Colorado, identical twins turn their attention to those living nearby, creating a situation of considerable complexity. Across the country, in California, a member of a homeowners' association claims children on bicycles are speeding through the neighborhood, causing disruption. And in Carrollton, Texas, a simple noise complaint leads to an unexpected display of police activity, a shift from enforcement to something akin to performance.
