Natsume encountered a spirit burdened by a past injustice. Fifty years prior, his grandmother Reiko had ensnared the spirit by inscribing his name on a fragment torn from the Book of Friends and binding it to a tree deep within the woods. Could Natsume assist in finding that lost piece of paper? And what purpose had Reiko intended in tethering it to the tree?
