Synopsis

The discovery of Lois Romney’s body in a hotel room quickly led Goren and Eames to Dale Van Acker, the son of Priscilla Van Acker, a woman of considerable wealth. Van Acker, known for his drug use, harbored deep disapproval of his fiancée’s pregnancy. This animosity prompted Goren and Eames to consider the possibility that Romney had sought to eliminate the young woman entirely.
