The inexplicable vanishing of a vintage motorcycle signals a deeper disturbance. Soon after, a series of brutal murders unfold; each victim is found decapitated by an unseen force, witnesses describing a headless motorcyclist as the perpetrator. As Kolchak delves into the case, he uncovers a connection between the victims – they were all members of a motorcycle gang active in the 1950s. A prank they’d played on a rival, a man known as Harold "Swordsman" Baker, had inadvertently led to his death.
