A NASA satellite, equipped with a television camera, veered wildly off course, crash-landing on a remote island rather than its planned destination: Mars. The stranded inhabitants attempted to signal for help once the camera became functional. But through a comical mishap—a classic blunder reminiscent of old sitcoms—the castaways found themselves unexpectedly coated in glue and feathers. Consequently, NASA scientists back on Earth misinterpreted the scene as irrefutable evidence of life flourish
