Synopsis

With Nonnatus House now closed, the nuns and midwives at last relocate to their new home. Sister Winifred arrives from the Mother House, bringing with her a sense of quiet anticipation. Jenny, however, carries a weight of concern, troubled by the fragile state of new mother Merle and the difficulties she’s experiencing with her baby's feeding. Dr. Turner shares this apprehension, fearing the problem might extend beyond simple discomfort.
