Synopsis

"Arakawa Under the Bridge" follows Ko Ichinomiya, who learns life's true value comes from unexpected connections. Raised on a strict "never owe anyone" principle, his world is turned upside down when he falls into the Arakawa River after losing his pants. There, he meets Nino, a spirited woman who lives under the bridge. Grateful for being rescued, Ko promises to help Nino achieve her dream: to find love. Embarking on this unusual journey, Ko encounters a cast of quirky characters along the riverbank. These include a lively kappa, a witty drag queen, and a rock star who celebrates individuality.
