The portrayal of young males in this film really bothered me; it felt quite sexist. Frankly, the storyline itself is ridiculous. There’s simply no chance I could buy that a mobile device would be affected by pet food and subsequently gain the power to manipulate boys.

I honestly couldn’t understand all the negative buzz surrounding this movie. I tend to disregard those kinds of opinions and like to give films a chance myself, which is why I watched it.
