It's disappointing to think that with a few more resources—a larger budget, stronger performances, and some additional planning—_The Last Heist_ might have been exceptional. Instead, it simply manages to avoid being terrible. I enjoy crime stories that play around with familiar tropes, though admittedly, no one has executed them as effectively as _Dusk till Dawn_. Still, I’m generally open to seeing what they come up…
