This film is just incredible. It’s flawless across the board. The acting is superb, especially from Bogard and Bacall. There's a layered and engaging storyline, along with clever writing. The only odd thing I noticed—and it’s hard to put my finger on—is how the female characters are portrayed. They all seem unusually alluring and drawn to Philip Marlow.
