Scream (1996)

Synopsis

In a quiet town, a group of teenagers are terrorized by a series of violent incidents mirroring scenes from their favorite horror movies. A year after her mother's murder, a young girl becomes the target of a masked killer who appears to be staging real-life versions of those scary films. The boundary between fiction and reality dissolves as the friends desperately try to understand cryptic clues left by the killer. With each escalating attack, they wonder if their beloved movies have unleashed a monster determined to transform their lives into a terrifying nightmare. Racing against time, the teenagers must face their deepest fears and secrets to survive this deadly game.
