Randolph Scott and Cesar Romero do an acceptable job with this initial telling of the Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday narrative. Scott’s character shows up in Tombstone, a town whose name seems fitting given that a local saloon has just been riddled with bullets and its residents are huddled outside.
