It’s surprisingly out-of-date. While Arnold is somewhat amusing and the young actors are endearing, the frequent depictions of violence, profanity, drug use, and instances of pointing firearms at kids feel jarring, especially considering modern sensibilities—or really, any era. I wouldn't suggest this for children in any way.
