It's time for someone to tell Jean-Claude Van Damme that the storyline of a character eliminating all opposition while remaining unharmed simply isn’t effective anymore. The quality of this film is comparable to Steven Seagal’s work—it’s unbelievably poor, featuring narratives that are truly baffling.
