It's remarkably foolish, and still managed to appeal to me in some ways. *Arthur’s Whisky* is clearly made on a very small budget; the depiction of Las Vegas, for example, is unintentionally funny (!!). The story is quite absurd and, naturally, doesn’t make much sense, but I ended up enjoying it, truthfully.
