Synopsis

Tony is permitted to participate in the investigations. He perceives the murders as ritualistic, noting the inscription "Power Not Truth" scrawled in the dead doctors' blood. A disturbing link begins to form in his mind with the unsolved killings of prostitutes, and, disregarding Alex’s warnings, he volunteers himself as bait to ensnare the killer.
