Picking up where season one left off, Kim throws herself into work at Human Rights, determined to make a difference. Her pursuit of an illicit Syrian weapons trade unexpectedly leads her down a dusty trail – quite literally – to the El Dorado Ranch, a sprawling western horse ranch seemingly out of place in this dangerous game. To get closer to the truth, and with Kim’s guidance, former colleague Bob goes deep undercover, attempting to infiltrate the tight-knit world of the Berger brothers, the enigmatic owners who are suspected of more than just raising horses. But lurking in the shadows, Ferry Bouman remains relentlessly focused on exposing the covert operation, continuing his unsettling search for Kim and Bob from behind bars.
