Synopsis

Xavier Mufraggi, President and CEO of Club Med, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, admits to feeling unsettled when overwhelmed by drink orders behind the bar. He also carries considerable unease while maintaining his composure during the hectic arrival of guests at the resorts.
