Synopsis

The usual bustle of the kitchen is absent; anticipation hangs thick as the chefs prepare for the Restaurant Wars elimination challenge. Divided into two teams, they must now conceive and build two distinct restaurants, each offering a three-course progressive menu with at least two choices per course. Judging their creations are Kristen, Tom, and Gail, joined by "Top Chef" champion Stephanie Izard and alum Kwame Onwuachi.
