Synopsis

Joe Flamm, the Colorado champion of "Top Chef," joins Kristen for the Quickfire Challenge, where he tasks the chefs with crafting a dish centered around hops. For the Elimination Challenge, the chefs journey to the historic Miller Caves, collaborating in teams to prepare a seven-course progressive meal built upon refined bar snacks.
