Synopsis

This week’s Quickfire Challenge honors a Wisconsin tradition: a meat raffle. Guest judge and chef Art Smith joins Kristen, Tom, and Gail as they decide which protein dish is the best. For the Elimination Challenge, the chefs face a demanding task: hosting a traditional Door County fish boil for one hundred guests at Grant Park Beach, including six celebrated "Top Chef" alumni.
