Synopsis

In the quickfire challenge, contestants face the task of crafting a gourmet sandwich. The prize is not immunity from elimination, but the honor of having their creation featured on the menu of chef Tom Colicchio's new sandwich restaurant. For the elimination challenge, the competitors are divided into teams and tasked with designing a complete restaurant concept, including menu. Each team will establish their restaurant within separate rooms in the same building, both visible from the entrance.
