Founder's Day has arrived, and the town buzzes with hurried preparations: floats are being assembled, fireworks meticulously arranged. Stefan finds himself uneasy with Damon’s shifting demeanor toward Elena, while Elena’s thoughts are consumed by mending her fractured connection with Jeremy.
