This show really took me on an experience. I became invested in the story and the characters, feeling their joys and sorrows right along with them. I'm puzzled by the negative reactions some viewers have had because I found it thoroughly enjoyable. The pacing did slow down somewhat as it approached its conclusion, but even so, I think it’s worth checking out. My rating is an 8.5 out of 10.

Forget any preconceived notions you have about vampires; this series throws them all out the window. I attempted to watch past the second episode, but ultimately failed. A jarring and excessively loud musical score made my head pound. The "villainous" sibling was the sole reason I persevered through that same episode, although even he couldn't compensate for the music, which became unbearable.
