Synopsis

In mid-June of 1932, Eliot Ness, having meticulously compiled a list of Frank Nitti's breweries and distilleries, initiated a series of raids intended to cripple the Capone organization. This action brought considerable pressure upon Frank Nitti, Capone’s chief lieutenant. Nitti subsequently arranged a meeting with Seth Otis and Phil Grier, the joint owners of Chicago’s largest speakeasy, the Hotsy Totsy Club.
