Synopsis

In Vancouver, a series of sophisticated heists involving cutting-edge technology draws the attention of Toby and Michelle. Toby's private life experiences a surge of intensity as his connection with crime reporter Tia Tremblay deepens; she remains, however, an enigma he struggles to understand. Simultaneously, Oz Bey, the newly appointed director of emergency services, discovers that leadership presents challenges far exceeding his initial expectations.
