Synopsis

The menu featured a fragrant spiced lamb pastitsio, alongside ham and cheese biscuits served with honey Dijon butter. Co-host Alex Guarnaschelli presented her grandmother’s smothered chicken, accompanied by toasted garlic. And for a final touch, glazed beets were offered with a dollop of crème fraîche and sprinkled with toasted pistachios.
