Alex Polizzi arrives in Blackpool to lend a hand to the ailing Sunnyside Hotel. Hoping to revitalize the bed and breakfast’s dismal occupancy, the owners embark on an ambitious renovation project – yet stubbornly disregard Alex's counsel. Can she persuade them to embrace her design proposals and address the hotel’s lamentable service?
