Synopsis

For a time, the Walpole Bay Hotel stood at the heart of Margate’s bustling tourism. Now, much as the town itself has changed, this once-magnificent building has fallen into decline. The Edwardian hotel teetered on the edge of closure until the Bishop family stepped in to save it. However, lacking experience in the hospitality sector, their efforts have presented considerable challenges.
