Synopsis

Nine years prior, Bournemouth's Hotel Celebrity possessed little of the allure one expects. Owner Ken has since invested considerably in the 55-room establishment, and now manages a second property. Yet, are either ventures proving profitable? And what guidance might Alex Polizzi offer to help Ken transform his latest acquisition into a financially viable business?
