Synopsis

Fiona Kelly, a native of Dublin, possesses considerable ambition. She recently acquired a neglected Georgian terraced house in the heart of Phibsborough, north Dublin, embarking on an extensive renovation. The property, with its askew door frames, uneven floors, and deteriorating roof, represents a building teetering on the edge of collapse. Fiona and her builder friend, Philip, have accepted the challenge.
