Synopsis

John and Onion pressed onward with their fundraising efforts, now embarking on a journey to Canada on foot. Having witnessed genuine liberty for the first time and growing increasingly exasperated by Brown’s erratic actions, Onion declared a need for liberation from Brown's forces. Yet, when the famed Harriet Tubman lent her support to Brown before a gathering of fresh recruits, Onion found himself questioning the depth of his commitment – to the cause, and to the aging abolitionist himself.
